Dame Hannah's Charity shop

The Year 10 D of E group volunteered today in Dame Hannah's Charity shop in Transit Way. Students walked safely and sensibly from school to Transit Way and en route the group were able to return an abandoned trolled to Tesco's. When they got to Dame Hannah's the group were put to work sorting through clothing donations to put them on hangers. They also worked on ensuring the clothes on the rack clearly showed the correct sizes. The group was made to feel welcome by Lisa and Michelle gave them all a tour of the premises and a background about the work Dame Hannah's does. The students worked very hard and were a credit to the school.
