All Aboard the Work Experience Express!!

Last week, a small group of students visited the Citybus depot at Milehouse to look at the various different jobs needed to run a bus network. We were shown around the site by Customer Experience Manager, Jason Beverley, and met the customer experience team (the people who deal with queries about timetables or lost property as well as complaints and compliments), the marketing team, we saw the control room where all buses on all routes are continuously monitored, visited the garages where they undertake repair work and adaptations to buses as well as ongoing maintenance and finally got to look at all the different buses in the fleet including 2 buses from the 1950s and the customer experience bus complete with various activities.
