Year 11 students had the unique opportunity of visiting the TR2 on Friday 31st January 2020.

The TR2 is the Theatre Royals production centre where all the background work for shows happens, such as set building. The students were amazed at the sheer scale of the building, and were particularly wowed by the costume department!

Every time I personally visit I hear and see new things in this ever changing environment! It truly is such a valuable part of our course, not only does it open the students eyes to careers in this industry but it gives them a genuine overview of the hard work that goes on 'behind the scenes'.
