City College Taster Days

Today, seven of our Year 11 students started day one of their taster days in the Skills Development Unit at City College Plymouth.

We started the day with a media lesson, learning photography basics before going on a 'type tour' of the campus to take photos for their montages which they then uploaded and edited on Canva. Some fantastic projects were completed!

This afternoon, they had a cookery session where they learnt how to make Mediterranean Roasted Veg Cous Cous Stuffed Peppers. Students learnt how to prepare the vegetables ready to be roasted and then make the couscous, and grated the cheese for the top. Well done Team BG!! Day two tomorrow...
