Construction careers up close

Today we took a small group of Year 10 students to look at the new Freeport business units being built on Langage Business Park. 

Students met with Carla, Will, Stu and Jack and learnt about the construction industry, the units being built and the types of trades that go into building a business park and got to try their hand at bricklaying. For some students, it completely opened their eyes to bricklaying and they would like to look at this a future career!!
