Financial Education at Pizza Express

For the last couple of Fridays, both year 11 maths groups attended a financial education and careers opportunity at pizza express, Derry's Cross.  Students were given the chance to prepare their own pizza's and gained an insight into working in the restaurant industry.  Students explored a variety of mathematical concepts, including fractions, costings and timing etc.  It was a great careers experience and all the students enjoyed their dough balls and pizza's.
