Merrivale Butchers

Today to learn a little more about the catering industry, future chef Mason visited Merrivale Butchers and learned how meat is prepared for restaurants and other catering establishments around Plymouth.

Mason met the owner Mr. Joseph Ng and was shown what was stored in the fridge, freezer and what happened to the bones.

Mason had a great time and learned a lot for the questions he asked.
