My Mind, My Body, My Money; Family Wellness Day

Plymouth City Council, Integrated Care Board and various other partners are holding a family wellness day for families in Plymouth and would like to invite you to take part in this event.

The event is planned for Saturday 8 February 10:30-14:30 at the Plymouth Life Centre. The focus of the day is supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families. As part of the event, they are planning a marketplace event.
