New Reading Books and Series at Brook Green

One of our avid readers from Year 8 helped us to choose some new books based on books he likes and enjoys whilst also thinking about other readers. This young man is very well read and has read 100's of books including most of the GCSE novels and non-fiction books. He has an extremely wide knowledge of reading and authors.

After discussing a few choices and the different types of students here at Brook Green, together we chose a set of Skulduggery Pleasant Book 1 as well as the whole box set for Skulduggery, Jinx 'The Wizard's Apprentice as a class reader, the Brian Jacques Redwall series as well as Young Sherlock Death Cloud and the David Baddiel series. As a thank you, our young reader received quite a few House Points!
