Plymouth Dental School visit Brook Green

First-year Peninsula Dental students visited our school to deliver an accessible and interactive session about dental health. Using lots of visual resources and practical examples, they showed students what they might experience during a visit to the dentist, helping to reduce anxiety and make the experience feel more familiar.

Students explored different toothbrushes and toothpastes and enjoyed interactive games, including guessing the amount of sugar found in different foods and drinks.

The visit was a valuable opportunity for our students to develop their understanding of oral hygiene, the importance of looking after their teeth and why attending regular dental appointments is important.
