Poole Farm

Today we have had an amazing first day at Poole Farm with many highlights. We fed the Tamworth pigs and helped to herd the sheep as one is unwell and needs to be seen by the vet later today. Then we dug up oak tree saplings from the fields and replanted them in pots before putting them into the tree nursery. These, in a few years' time, will be planted out around the local area. Students can't wait to go back next week as they all very much enjoyed the day.
