SEND Family Day - Sunday 5 October

Plymouth Active Leisure will be running a Family Fun Day on behalf of the Short Breaks service on Sunday 5 October from 1pm - 5pm at Plymouth Life Centre.

 Activities on offer between 1pm and 3.40pm will include dry dive, dance, multi-sports & plymouth scrapstore. There will also be an opportunity for a free swim between 4pm – 5pm. These events are for families with children with additional needs (aged 6-18) that live within Plymouth.

 When applying for your place please state the full name of every child that will be attending with you on the day along with their date of birth, the name of the school which they attend, their disability and your address.

 Failure to do this could result in people that aren’t booked in not being able to take part. It is important we establish the exact number of attendees to enable us to plan the event successfully.

 Please note due to the high demand for places on this event, only siblings of the child with additional needs will be welcome, we unfortunately cannot accommodate friends or distant relatives.

A confirmation letter will be sent to you to confirm your place.
