Spiritual Arts work with Mental Health

Whilst on a LOTC lesson, a group of year 7 students explored our local woods hunting for insects and bugs found under logs and in other hiding places and we even found some!.

Mrs Treloar took these pictures which show a blanket of bluebells and some garlic wildflowers. The smell of garlic was amazing and the sound of children playing, birds singing and the peaceful tranquillity around us made it a fantastic lesson.

The photos corresponded well with our theme of Spiritual Arts for RE day and Nature which was the theme of Mental Health Awareness week.
