Suns out for some Jubilee cricket!

Updated: May 30, 2022

For Jubilee Day, we spent the morning discussing and writing about what we would do if we were king or queen for a day. Answers ranged from “building homes for the homeless” and “replacing all motor cars with electric cars” to “buying all the chocolate I can eat.” Much of the morning was spent painting and colouring sections of a picture of the queen and assembling them together like a puzzle to form a Jubilee collage. We were all excited, of course, for the sports day and the competitive spirit was ever-present. A brilliant way to end a short but eventful term.

Suns out and the kids are ready for some cricket!

We had a lovely afternoon playing cricket in the sunshine! An afternoon tea was also enjoyed by everyone.
