The Year 11 Life Skills group are involved in a project a making fun sardine models from recycled things from the scrap store. The students are working with local artists to create costumes and artefacts to wear and hold in the procession. The sardines celebrate a time during the English Civil war when Plymouth was under siege and was running out of food.  All of a sudden a huge shoal of sardines swam into the harbour and helped to feed the town.
