Profiteroles and flapjacks

It has been a busy day in the Food Technology room today with year 10 worked in pairs, in their Home Cooking skills lesson, to make fresh cream profiteroles and year 7 using the hob and oven to make flapjacks. It all looks amazing! Well done.
