Year 10 have been lucky enough to work with Jake and Lauren from The Far-Flung Theatre Company learning about different creative career roles in the theatre. The project lasted over 12 weeks with Lauren and Jake coming in for two lessons every Thursday. Far Flung brought guests with them including a body combat and movement coach, a voice coach and a creative props coach.
The work year 10 completed included stop animation, making props, drumming and teamwork with a parachute! They also worked on body combat, voice work, storytelling and comedy. All in all, it was a great success, and we would like to say a massive thank you to Far Flung for their message of commitment and passion about The Arts with our students.
